2.  In the Select Report Name section, choose and enter a descriptive name for the Report. This report name is displayed in the results list, so you'll want to name it something identifiable.

3.  In the Upload Source Data  section, provide the source data for the Report. Click Browse and find the file or if you prefer, type the path and file name directly in the box. Use the following guidelines to create the input file.

For TN (NPA-NXX-XXXX) Source data:

  • The uploaded file must be in .csv or .txt format.
  • A maximum of 10,000 TNs can be included in a single query.
  • No headers or footers are allowed in the file.
  • 800, 900, and international numbers are not allowed
  • TNs must be 10 numeric characters. No alpha or text characters are allowed as TNs. For example, avoid entering 914-823-NOVA. Spaces between the digits of a TN are prohibited, but the digits of a TN can be separated by special characters (i.e. dashes or periods). For example, 914 823 6682 is invalid, but 914-823-6682 is valid.
  • The first three digits of a TN can be enclosed in parentheses, as in (914)823-6682.
  • Multiple TNs can be listed on separate lines or along the same line (as long as multiple TNs are separated by spaces or commas). Multiple TNs must be separated by commas or spaces; no other punctuation marks are allowed.
  • Ranges of contiguous TNs are allowed. The ending four digits of a range must be greater than the previous four digits. For example, suppose the TN is 914-632-7200. The last four digits can be 7300 but not 7100. Enter the TN followed by a space or comma and then the ending four digits. For example, 571-203-0001,1000 or 571-203-0001 1000.

Note :  If the wrong format is used for any of the TNs, the file will process without the incorrectly formatted TNs.

For Block (NPA-NXX-X) Source data:

  • The uploaded file must be in .csv or .txt format.
  • A maximum of 1,000 Blocks can be included in a single query.
  • No headers or footers are allowed in the file.
  • 800, 900, and international numbers are not allowed
  • Blocks must be 7 numeric characters. No alpha or text characters are allowed. Spaces between the digits of a Block are prohibited, but the digits of a Block can be separated by special characters (i.e. dashes or periods). For example, 914 823 6 is invalid, but 914-823-6 is valid.
  • The first three digits of a Block can be enclosed in parentheses, as in (914)823-6.
  • Multiple Blocks can be listed on separate lines or along the same line (as long as multiple Blocks are separated by spaces or commas). Multiple Blocks must be separated by commas or spaces; no other punctuation marks are allowed.

Note: If the wrong format is used for any of the Blocks, the file will process without the incorrectly formatted Blocks.

For Code (NPA-NXX) Source data:

  • The uploaded file must be in .csv or .txt format.
  • A maximum of 1,000 Codes can be included in a single query.
  • No headers or footers are allowed in the file.
  • 800, 900, and international numbers are not allowed
  • Codes must be 6 numeric characters. No alpha or text characters are allowed. Spaces between the digits of a Code are prohibited, but the digits of a Code can be separated by special characters (i.e. dashes or periods). For example, 914 823 is invalid, but 914-823 is valid.
  • The first three digits of a Code can be enclosed in parentheses, as in (914)823.
  • Multiple Codes can be listed on separate lines or along the same line (as long as multiple Codes are separated by spaces or commas). Multiple Codes must be separated by commas or spaces; no other punctuation marks are allowed.

Note: If the wrong format is used for any of the Codes, the file will process without the incorrectly formatted Codes.
